Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CDLENROLL. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including our proprietary platform, StrideSol. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided CDLENROLL offers a comprehensive client acquisition solution that includes but is not limited to:

– AI-powered lead generation and appointment scheduling

– Creation and management of advertising campaigns

– Development of landing pages and sales funnels

– CRM setup and automation via our proprietary software, StrideSol

– Offer refinement consulting to improve conversion performance

– We will run ads on your behalf to make sure the delivery of desired outcome

– The per day ads spend has to be covered by the party availing the services

2. Commencement of Services

Services begin only after all onboarding requirements are met, including:

– Completion of client intake and onboarding forms

– Finalization of offer and business positioning

– Confirmation of initial campaign strategy and access to necessary platforms

3. Delivery Timeline

Upon confirmation of onboarding and finalized business details, CDLENROLL will initiate:

– Setup and configuration of all required systems

– Ad campaign deployment

– These tasks are typically completed within 10 to 14 business days.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, the Client agrees to:

– Allocate the recommended advertising budget in a timely manner

– Provide full access to advertising accounts and related tools

– Avoid interference with marketing execution, ad strategies, or platform workflows

– Attend scheduled offer refinement and strategy meetings

– Use StrideSol as the centralized platform for CRM, automation, and funnel execution

– Submit necessary business materials, testimonials, and creative assets as requested

– Bear the cost of any third-party tools or platforms required for campaign delivery

5. Performance Guarantee

CDLENROLL guarantees a minimum of 10 booked and showed appointments within the first 30 days of campaign launch, provided the Client meets all responsibilities outlined in Section 4. The guarantee will be considered void if any responsibilities are not fulfilled.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all shared information as confidential. Proprietary tools, processes, or business strategies disclosed during the engagement shall not be shared with third parties without written consent

7. Term and Termination

– This Agreement is effective on a month-to-month basis

– Either party may terminate the Agreement with seven (7) days’ written notice

– Refunds will not be provided except under the terms of the performance guarantee

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

– CDLENROLL shall not be held liable for any losses arising from ad performance, platform restrictions, or client-side actions

– The Client agrees to indemnify CDLENROLL from any legal claims resulting from their business operations

9. Entire Agreement This document constitutes the complete agreement between the Client and CDLENROLL. No other oral or written statements shall be considered binding
